APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM PERSONAL APPEARANCE OF ACCUSED NAMELY FARID

R/Madam,

 The applicant/counsel of accused humbly submits as under:-

1-That the above noted Case is pending before this Hon’ble court and is fixed for today i.e 09-07-2019.  

2-That the accused namely Farid telephonic-ally informed his counsel that he can not be presented before this Hon’ble court today because went to Jamat for a period of 40 days. 

3-That the accused have no objection if any witnesses has been examined in his absence. 

4-That the absence of the accused is neither intentional nor willful but due to above said reason only. 

            It is therefore prayed that the personal appearance of the accused may kindly be exempted for today, in the interest of justice.

I, Nishant Khanna Adv. _________________, do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under :- 

1- That the accused namely Farid telephonically informed his counsel that he can not be presented before this Hon’ble court today because he is suffering from illness.

2- That the absence of the accused is neither intentional nor willful but due to above said reason only.

3- That the deponent is counsel of accused.
