had filed an application to your office for changing the investigation of the
case FIR No. _______,  U/s 498A/406 IPC
P.S. Old Faridabad Haryana for recovering the dowry articles specially the
jewellaries which the I.O. of the case at that time was not effectively
performing his duties and was rather acting in connivance with the accused
persons.

That the applicant
had sent applications to your office through Fax one on dated 28-06-2010,
07-07-2010 and 26-06-2010.

            It is, therefore, prayed that the
applicant may kindly be provided information as to what action has been taken
upon the applications of the applicant as per the provisions of R.T.I. Act
